OSAC constituency is governed by U.S. Government charter. OSAC constituency and services are available
to any American enterprise with overseas interests (business, religious, educational, non-governmental,
etc.) incorporated in the U.S.
OSAC constituency is comprised of U.S. incorporated organizations, not individuals. As such, one individual who represents the chief
executive in security matters of your organization should register for constituency by clicking on the button below. OSAC's Executive
Office can also be contacted by phone, fax, or email.
Access to OSAC's web site is also available to Federal, State, and Local law enforcement or
security agencies. Please contact OSAC for details.
OSAC must verify constituent eligibility. Therefore, your organization will be requested to provide OSAC with documentation verifying
that your organization is incorporated in the United States.
