Travelers that base their account on a credit card will receive fax or e-mail
receipts as soon as their charges are processed. Up to two receipts can be
sent, so that both the traveler and their administrative assistant or travel
department can track and properly account for all charges. Credit card
customers can also see their charge history on the web, 24 hours a day. Great
for wrapping up expense reports on the road or reconciling credit card

confirmations that can be sent simultaneously.

cost center, client-matter ID, accounting unit, or any other information provided at the time of reservation.
Firms with a broad daily use of Quicksilver can receive detailed use reports at any interval they request, providing monitoring of use and cost to office service administrators, supervisors and accounting personnel.
Firms that use Quicksilver TownCar as their recommended transportation vendor can rely on Quicksilver’s customized cooperative web sites to aid in the implementation and administration of their policies.
