Your unique MAC Address is used to generate the personal usage report.

Important Note:
Due to system upgrades, effective September 2005, we now record your cable modem usage using the same dates as your
Internet billing cycle (example: cycle 15 customers are billed from the 16th of the month to the 15th of the following month).
Historic information will be displayed as previously recorded, from the first to the end of the month.
The usage reports are updated every 24 hours so the report you see reflects the most recent update (from the day before).
