Is ordering with EyesBright safe? |
|
All our online orders are handled using 128-bit encryption that ensures all your details are safe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers. |

How do I place a purchase? |
|
To make a purchase, simply browse our products, and then click "add to cart". If you are a new use you will be required to register which involves submitting a few details about yourself. You will then be logged in and ready to proceed to our secure payment area. You need to register in order to track your order. |

How long will my order take to be delivered? |
|
All orders are despatched within 1-2 working days from our office in the UK via First Class Royal Mail. Overseas orders are sent via standard AirMail. Delivery times vary slightly, but we aim to ensure all orders are delivered within 7 working days within the UK and 14 working days overseas. If for some reason we are unable to deliver within this time, we will contact you to let you know when to expect them. In cases of unacceptable delay, we will offer a full refund. |

Is it possible to track my order? |
|
Yes. By logging in using the details you supplied during registration, you can keep track of your order to see what stage of delivery it is at. |

I no longer require my order, how do I receive a refund? |
|
We will happily refund any order once the items have been returned in original, un-opened condition to the below address. We do, however, charge a £2.95 handling charge to cover our original shipping costs.

What if my lenses are faulty? |
|
If your lenses are not received in perfect condition, you can return them to us, including all packaging, to the following address. Please also include a note with your name and address detailing the problem:

What comes with an order? |
|
All our coloured contact lenses are sold as pairs and come in small jars with cleaning fluid. This is not, however, Saline Solution, which is required to wash & soak the lenses with before wear. The solution can be purchased seperatley. |

Eyesbright will not disclose users information to third parties. If you opt-in to being contacted about EyesBright products on registration, we may contact you via email regarding new products or offers. You can subsequently unsubcribe from this service by sending an email to info@onezerosix.com with the word 'unsubscribe' in the message bar. |

Can you ship internationally? |

We can ship almost all countries, but can only accept payment in either British Pounds (GBP), US Dollars (USD) or Euros (EUR). |
