Active Members are individuals that are approved for positions of responsibility in the Mambo Foundation. All members of the official development and documentation teams are Active Members, as are the committee members, the executive staff in administration, marketing PR and the Board itself. Qualifications Active members are required to be an Ordinary member first, and nominated by another Active member for approval by the Board. In order for you to become an Active Member, another Active Member must nominate you. Once you are nominated, the Board of Regents will vote on acceptance of your application. Becoming an Active Member is a privilege that can be earned by contributing and showing discipline and good judgment in the Mambo community. The annual membership fee for Active Members is free. See Mambo Rights by Membership Category for a brief overview.
