Craft-asia.com provides shipping via SAL, Economy Air Service, at no additional charge. If you upgrade to DHL, FedEx or UPS, please ensure that the selected carrier provides service to your delivery address.
It is not the intent of craft-asia.com to generate income through shipping charges. The rates indicated are for delivery from Chiang Mai, Thailand to North America (Canada, USA, and Mexico) and are best estimates considering the actual or volumetric (dimensional) weight of the product(s) you have ordered without the benefit or knowledge of shipment consolidation, or any promotional or shipping discounts offered by the selected carrier at the time of your order. Should you opt to upgrade your shipping and, after shipment, we determine that your upgraded shipping charges were greater than the actual cost of shipping, we will send you an e-mail allowing you the choice of receiving the overcharged amount by either a charge back to your credit card, less a 3% bank processing fee and any taxes paid on the overcharged amount, or a credit for the full overcharge amount to your craft-asia.com account.
Returns
We guarantee your satisfaction with all merchandise purchased from Arts and Crafts of Asia. Our multiple step inspection process ensures that your product was free from defects or damage when shipped. You must return any of our undamaged products within 30 days, at your expense, with your receipt, for a merchandise exchange, credit, or a full refund of the purchase price (minus our shipping and handling charges). If you receive a damaged item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned to us the damaged product at your expense. |
