In the event of termination, you are no longer authorized to access the craft-asia.com Site, and the restrictions imposed on you with respect to the Content, and the disclaimers, indemnities, and limitations of liabilities set forth in these Terms shall survive termination.

However most products on the Site are hand-made and therefore no two products of the same description or depicted by a representative photograph are identical to each other, the description or the photograph. Availability of products can change significantly from day to day. In rare cases, a product may be available when you place your order, and sold out by the time your order is processed. However, most products, if not available at the time your order is processed, are generally available within one to two weeks with exceptions of special order items such as, but not limited to, furniture, larger Celadon place settings, and custom orders. Customers ordering these products will be advised of availability and estimates of manufacturing and shipping times.
Shipping
All products on this Site are FOB (Free on Board) Chiang Mai, Thailand. Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs are your responsibility. Where products indicate shipping and handling is at no additional charge, the cost of shipping and handling has been formulated into the cost of the product. Shipping costs, when included in the price of a product, is calculated by shipping cost per grams of weight. Shipping, when included in the price of a product, may be via the global air postal systems and may take up to ten days to two weeks. Thai Arts and Crafts of Asia, Co. Ltd. assumes no responsibility for transit times once the product has been delivered to the postal system or private carrier. Shorter shipping times are available via private carriers (i.e. Fed Ex, UPS, DHL, EMS, etc.). Other shipping alternatives can be arranged between you and Thai Arts and Crafts of Asia, Co. Ltd. at your option and additional expense to you. Large sized orders such as furniture and wholesale orders are shipped by container via sea freight and may take two to three months to transit.
Credit Card Acceptance Policy
Craft-asia.com accepts Visa and MasterCard only at this time.
It is the policy of Thai Arts and Crafts of Asia, Co. Ltd. to report all attempts to use a fraudulent or stolen credit card to the appropriate law enforcement authorities. To assist law enforcement and help prevent fraudulent credit card use all items are shipped by a means that can be tracked to a physical address in the event that a fraudulent or stolen card passes our checks. The user IP is tracked and given to law enforcement.

A current mailing address, zip or postal code and phone number must be provided. This information will be verified. Delivery and Mailing addresses must pass verification procedures before an order is processed.
Because credit Card fraud is a prevalent reality committed by thieves who, without conscience or moral center, would steal from legitimate card holders, credit card companies, issuing banks and/or merchants, craft-asia.com does not offer a rush order service to credit card customers. For security reasons that are intended to protect legitimate card holders, credit card companies, issuing banks and craft-asia.com, all credit card orders must be verified. It is the policy of craft-asia.com not to ship orders to a Post Office address. Without exception, a physical street address is required.
We hope that our honest customers understand and appreciate that these efforts are intended to thwart fraudulent credit card use and should pose no inconvenience or delay to legitimate card holders.
Rush order service is available to customers with account histories in good standing and for customers opting to pay by bank-to-bank electronic wire transfer.
Order Processing
Orders received through this site are not processed until your credit card issuer authorizes the transaction which can take 12 to 48 hours. Orders are usually processed within with 48 to 72 hours of authorization. Shipping time is determined by the method of shipping. Most Products on the craft-asia Site are crafted by hand. Our venders maintain reasonable inventories of many of our most popular items. IF YOU ORDER A PRODUCT THAT IS UNAVAILABLE, THAT PRODUCT WILL CRAFTED FOR YOU AS A RESULT OF YOUR ORDER. YOUR PRODUCT WILL BE CRAFTED PER THE SPECIFICATIONS OF THE PRODUCT ORDERED. BECAUSE OUR CRAFTSMEN ARE CREATING A PRODUCT SPECIFICALLY FOR YOU, YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CAHRGED AT THE TIME OF THE ORDER. IT IS THE INTENT OF THAI ARTS AND CRAFTS OF ASIA, CO. LTD., THAT YOU GENERALLY WILL RECIEVE YOUR ORDER WITHIN TWENTY-ONE DAYS.
Backorders (Out of Stock Items)
Backordered merchandise includes items that are not currently available or crafting time will be delayed because of its order in scheduled work or other reasons. In most cases, these items can be obtained from the manufacturing facilities or suppliers with one to two weeks. In some cases, we are researching or waiting for information from one or more of our suppliers.
Thai Arts and Crafts of Asia, Co. Ltd. will make reasonable effort to get the item(s) you ordered as soon as possible. If we haven't been able to locate, or craft and ship the item(s) to you in 15 days, an order status email will be sent to you. If for any reason we determine that a backordered item is no longer available, we will cancel the item from your order, notify you via e-mail and reverse the charges for that product to your credit card.
Returns
We guarantee your satisfaction with all merchandise purchased from Thai Arts and Crafts of Asia, Co. Ltd. Our multiple step inspection process ensures that your product was free from defects or damage when shipped. You must return any of our undamaged products within 30 days, at your expense, with your receipt, for a merchandise exchange, credit, or a full refund of the purchase price (minus our shipping and handling charges). If you receive a damaged item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned to us the damaged product at your expense.
Product Orders
PRICES AND AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES LISTED ON THE SITE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. The listing, description of, or reference to, a product or service on the Site does not imply that the product or service is presently available or that we endorse that product or service. Thai Arts and Crafts of Asia, Co. Ltd. shall not be liable for any nonperformance or delay in performance caused by any act beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts or omissions of third parties, unavailability of supplies, equipment failure, war, strikes, lock-outs, fire, flood, or any other Act of God, any law, regulation, ordinance, or other act or order of any court, government, or governmental agency, legal jurisdiction, or delays, unavailability, errors, or other failures of the Internet or other data networks.
Access to or use of the craft-asia.com Site shall not be construed as Thai Arts and Crafts of Asia, Co. Ltd.'s purposeful availment of the privilege or benefits of doing business in any state, nation, country, region, territory or legal jurisdiction other than the Kingdom of Thailand.
