Our Porcelain Dolls are made near Bantawi just south of Chiang Mai where they specialize in traditional hill tribes and Thai style porcelain dolls. If you're looking for an ethnic doll you'll be glad that you stopped here. The authentic costumes of the hill tribe dolls depict the dress and the jewelry of each hill tribe which is uniquely different and reflects their own cultural diversity.
We have porcelain dolls representing the Akha, Hmong, Karen, Lisu, Mossur, Yao, Lanna, Tailue and Tai Yai hill
tribes. Some parts of the porcelain dolls and the doll clothes are made by hand by some of the hill tribe people
themselves. These products have been so well received that we have been able to offer jobs to other skilled artisans.
Some of the sizes, colors, beads and patterns may come slightly different than that shown, but that's also the
interesting part of handmade products, they all come with a flavor of uniqueness.
Porcelain dolls are a very good way to present to the world a part of Thai culture.
We think our customers will appreciate these beautiful products and understand that Thailand is a country with
a graceful culture that is rich in diversity.
