Placing an Order
To place an order on our website, please use our (SSL) encrypted secure online shopping basket and enter your credit card information. Return/Refund Policy
Allison Nichole takes pride in providing only items of exceptional quality. We will, nevertheless, accept a return on most items* within 5 days of the delivery date (as indicated on the tracking page at UPS.com).
If you need to return an item, please send an e-mail to returns@allisonnichole.com or call us at 678.386.1177 within 5 days of receiving your order for authorization. We will refund to you the purchase price (less shipping) within 1 business day of receipt of the unused and undamaged merchandise. Items returned without prior authorization will not be refunded.
* Please note that items purchased from our Cathy's Concepts Bridal Shop are covered under the Cathy's Concepts Return Policy.
*All custom ordered work (work not purchased from our online store collection) is considered non-refundable. Also, due to health concerns, earrings may not be returned once delivered.
Jewelry Guarantee/Repair Policy
All of our jewelry will be delivered in flawless condition. If any items are damaged upon delivery, please contact repairs@allisonnichole.com or call us at 678.386.1177 within 48 hours of receipt and we will make immediate arrangements for repair or replacement.
Our jewelry is designed to withstand normal usage and wear. Any item which is damaged through the course of normal wear will be repaired one (1) time free of charge. Any subsequent repairs will be subject to a $10 re-stringing fee plus applicable shipping charges. Please contact us at the above link for repair requests.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Diner's Club and PayPal.

All of our items are made upon order. The time from order to ship will vary with each piece and is estimated in the product descriptions. Custom made orders may require longer - please contact us for details about specific items.

Shipping Info
Allison Nichole ships all orders via UPS. You may choose Ground, 2nd Day Air®, or Next Day Air® via our online shopping cart or by contacting us at 678.386.1177. Shipping charges for Ground, 2nd Day Air® and Next Day Air® are calculated automatically for all U.S. destinations through our shopping cart and will vary by weight. A confirmation e-mail will be sent when any item has shipped.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are billed or shipped to destinations within the state of Georgia. All other states and countries are tax-exempt.
