Request to Cancel an Order

Please do not call the order line. They are not equipped to handle your question and will only take you through the steps below.

If you have recently placed an order and wish to cancel it, please complete this request form. Submitting your request in any other manner will only delay our ability to cancel your order.

Please note this is a "Request" to cancel your order and NOT a "confirmation" that it will be cancelled. When we receive your request, we will make every attempt to make the cancellation. However, if your order has already been released to shipping, it is with the shipper (e.g., UPS) and out of our control. If this is the case, you may return the item for an exchange or refund.

We will notify you of the status of your request by e-mail.

Order Number:	(preferred) Note: This is the last eight digits in the "subject" line of your email confirmation. Please include the hyphen. Example: 1234-5678
