In processing your order, we will send you two or more e-mail confirmations. The first is your order confirmation and is sent to you immediately after you place your order. This is an automated message and does not include instructions on how to track your order. 
Subsequent e-mails will update you on the status of your order (e.g.,shipped). The e-mail that confirms shipment will give instructions on how to track your order.
After your order has been scanned into the UPS system (the evening it is picked up) it can be tracked from our site by clicking on the UPS "Order Tracker" icon found on the home page. Your reference number will be the last eight digits of the original order number (including the hyphen). This order number can be found in the subject line of all e-mails
