SERVICES
Our firm offers Reverse Audits through a complete examination of your records; a diligent independent review aimed at identifying and recovering overpaid taxes; sales tax on purchases the company has determined to be taxable and have paid and filed away; taxes paid on utility bills that qualify for exemption with a certified utility study, overpaid monies from franchise tax, fuels tax, mineral tax, unclaimed property, etc.

From changes due to tax legislative or the outcome of hearings and court cases, our firm maintains an extensive database on the wide range of exemptions for sales tax and franchise tax, issues on repair/remodeling, taxable services as well as tax planning techniques for your business.
AUDIT REPRESENTATION
We provide audit representation; our staff reviews state audits to ensure that only taxes that are legally due are paid, but not a penny more. We also offer audit representation for our clients before any Texas Comptroller's Office, administrative hearings, etc.
MANAGED AUDITS
We review and conduct analysis of invoices, checks, accounting records, or other documents or information aimed at determining tax liability, thus, affording our client the opportunity to have penalty and interest waived by the Texas Comptroller. Under the Managed Audit, the taxpayer has the advantage of retaining its own outside consultant to perform the audit. The benefit to you, other than having a user-friendly auditor, is in the benefit of saving the penalty and interest. Under the Managed Audit, the state will waive penalty and interest due on a deficiency resulting from the audit in most circumstances.
PERCENTAGE BASED REPORTING
(PBR) services for our Direct Pay Permit Holder clients. This which allows our client to be authorized by the Comptroller’s Office to use a percentage to calculate the amount of tax to be reported.
ONSITE TAX TRAINING
We provide onsite tax training, as well as, a report of products, items and services that are exempt and unique to our client's facility. This will allow our clients to have a resource available that is specific and unique to their facility for future purchases. We research new products entering the market for taxability.
PAYMENT NEGOTIATION
We provide assistance in requesting a penalty and interest, and in assisting with obtaining a partial payment agreement.
