Our director of care in consultation with the family, family physician, social worker or others assesses the level of care to be administered by our professional care staff. Regular team meetings are conducted to re-evaluate the individual needs of each resident to ensure that the best possible care is provided and that changes are made to better suit the changing needs of the individual and their families.

Westminster house is a project of the Hope Reformed Church of Vancouver.
Located in White Rock Village in South Surrey, residents may rent or purchase our strata titled suites as openings occur. Our professional staff will ensure that the best possible care is provided for all residents and their families at the required level.
Westminster house is licensed under the Community Care Facility Act.
