Project Registration and APT Improvements 2005-12-22
On November 14 the new and improved project registration and abandoned project takeover process was launched. The new system improves the number of projects approved on first review, and automates many of the administrative actions that were necessary, reducing the time between registration and project approval. Users should find the new system lowers the bar to submit a new Open Source Software project to SourceForge.net.
