Returns are gladly accepted for 30 days less shipping & handling and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
All Model Ships Online orders are shipped out fully insured and inspected.
Report any damage or defectiveness within 3 days of receipt of shipment. Send pictures of the damage via e-mail or hardcopy pictures by mail.
Items being returned for Shipping damage or defect must be received by us within 7 days of delivery.
We will replace the item or refund the money if no replacement is available.

REQUEST RMA
You will be issued an RMA number and instructions on how to send your order back to us.
Returns received without an RMA will be sent back to the customer, no exceptions.
Items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped.
