Summit Condos is a
great place to spend your family vacation and carry with
you memories for a lifetime! At Panama City Condos, we believe
a great condo should offer more than a good night's sleep.
It should create an environment that awakens your senses
and puts you in touch with a relaxed, renewed feeling of
life. These condos offer everything you need for comfortable
family enjoyment plus a fabulous view of the beautiful Gulf.
As you step out on the private balcony, smell the sea breeze
and listen to the rolling tide, you'll know this is what

I O N
We have six Gulf-front condos at The Summit Condo Resort.
Each has one bedroom, one and a half baths and overlooks
the Gulf and the beautifully landscaped pool area from a
spacious private balcony. There is a separate bedroom with
king size bed, TV, radio/clock and phone, a queen size sleeper
sofa and the living room and bunk beds in alcove in hallway.
The fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave,
blender, toaster-oven, coffee maker, cookware, washer/dryer
(a real plus) and more. Also, there are ceiling fans, bed
and bath linens, stereo tape/CD player, two satellite TV's,
VCR, two phones with private line, air conditioning/heating.
The complex offers two swimming pools (one heated), two
kiddy pools, hot tubs, Tiki hut by pool, snack bar, beauty
salon, charcoal grills, tennis courts, shuffleboard, exercise
facilities, game room, easy access to the beach and 24-hour
security.

Shipwreck
Island Water Park, Miracle Strip Amusement Park, Gulf World,
jet-skiing, snorkeling, bungee-jumping and parasailing are
also many of the fun activities close by, along with great
restaurants like Pineapple Willie's and more.

Sorry, No Smoking. No Singles under 25 years of age without
legal guardian or chaperone. Weekly rentals (Saturday to
Saturday). Check-in 3:00 p.m./Check-out 10:00 a.m. there
is a $250.00 deposit due at booking and return after the
keys are returned. Inquire about specials. Security deposit
required and will be refunded after satisfactory inspection
of unit and keys returned. Management reserves the right
to refuse service to anyone and to terminate residency with
anyone.
