Warehouse and Shipped are the two most likely ORDER STATUS types you will see when tracking your order online.

When an item is marked warehouse, it ususally indicates your order has been successfully received and transmitted to the nearest warehouse for shipment. Certain items that are personalized gifts may take longer to ship. We encourage you to allow an extra two to three business days, plus shipping time before you expect to receive a personalized gift

Blank gift items ship faster and are more likely to have shipped as the order status, along with a tracking number.
