Spacious detached traditional house, modernised but retaining characteristic features.Located in a quiet hamlet, 1km outside the village of Saint andré Des Eaux, 8 km from Dinan.

The village of Evran is 5 minutes drive away and offers boulangerie, bank, pharmacy, small supermarket, restaurant etc.. Dinan, is an interesting medieval town with narrow cobbled streets, crooked old houses and busy market. A lot of clean and sandy beaches on the emerald coast( 30 km).
