First, check your account ot see if .net is enabled.

You can do this by login to your contorl panel and under account info, you'll see ASPNET - ON or ASPNET - OFF.

If it's off, simply click on the ENABLE button to enable it.

If it's already on, then you might be having a script problem.  In that case simply submit a request to our online helpdesk and our programmers will be able to assist you and get it to work for you.
