Sinking of Tanker Ship Prestige And Resultant Pollution.
After six hours of being adrift, at 0800 the T/S Prestige was broken off at a distance of 145 NM from the Ciés Islands and at 130 NM from Fisterra. By 1145 hours the aft section was sunk and later the bow section.
