  4. Your property is located in an up market location, within 15 minutes of Disney and the Attractions, to create the correct ambience for holiday makers, and result in repeat bookings, and referral business.

  5. Apartments/Condominiums, which tend to have ever escalating communal charges, are not recommended for maximum rental income. In addition, there can be changes in the ownership of adjacent and neighbouring apartments in the future, which may result in adverse effects on property values.

  6. Consideration should always be given to the future saleability of overseas property, in the event capital needs to be raised due to family or business problems, or any other changes in financial circumstances. It is therefore important that purchase is effected in an area where the demand for properties is high both for the present and the future.
