1.) How do
I place an order?
You may place your order directly online or call us toll-free at (800)
838-9383 between 7:30 am and 8:30pm Pacific Time to speak with a live
representative.
2.) Will I get a good seat?
For each show our company and its representatives offer a variety
of locations you may enjoy. Factors such as size of party, budget
constraints, and availability will determine where you sit. Our desire
is to place you where YOU want to be.
3.) How do I get my tickets?
You have three options to obtain your tickets. First, you may pick
them up at any of our 20+ convenient ticket booth locations in Las
Vegas. We can also deliver to the hotel where you will be staying
while here in Las Vegas. If you prefer to receive your tickets prior
to your arrival in Las Vegas, tickets can be sent to your home via
2-day Federal Express. Signature is required. Please see our Shipping
and Delivery policies for more information.
4.) Can I speak with a live person?
Of course! Please call toll-free (800) 838-9383 to speak with one
of our friendly, knowledgeable customer service representatives.
5.) What kinds of payment do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, money orders or cashiers
checks. Special arrangements need to be made if you must pay by personal
check.
6.) May I buy tickets for someone else?
Yes, you may - but special arrangements would have to be made if they
are to be shipped to or picked up by someone other than the verified
credit card holder. This is for your protection and in accordance
with our credit card confidentiality policies. Please call us toll-free
1-800-838-9383, ext. 5532, and one of our internet sales agents will
assist you with those arrangements.
