A prestigious building from the XVIII Century, offers its guest all the charm of its historical setting combined with every modern comfort. Located near the ancient Ponte di Borgo bridge, the Residence offers a spacious car park even if it now lies in a pedestrian island, and is ideal for all those who appreciate peace and quiet and the quality of the surroundings without going too far from the city centre and its attractions. The community areas feature antique furniture and decor with all the elegance of a prestigious private home. The reception hall, sitting room, and the breakfast room all lie on the first floor, together with two other rooms for reading and small meetings, and two fireplaces kept burning all through the colder months to complete the decor and provide the sensation of imitate comfort.The 1st floor offers a spacious meeting room for 20-25 participants. The rooms are all very comfortable and elegant with tapestries on the walls and antique furniture, not to mention every modern comfort. The rear of the house opens onto a courtyard with a gazebo and a small garden that leads to the wharf and boathouse large enough to hold two boats and even a dinner or reception for as many as 80 people. The house offers its guests free bicycles for trips around the Lido and the adjacent island of Pellestrina (with its fishing villages and excellent seafood)
