We are pleased to announce that we have moved the Necessity charter operations to Orange Beach Marina in Orange Beach, Alabama. The marina is conveniently located and access to Perdido Pass and the Gulf of Mexico is just minutes away. We are sure that you will enjoy the facilities at Orange Beach Marina as much as we do.

The Charterboat Necessity will be in Destin, FL for the beginning of the 2006 Cobia Season. We will be fishing out of Harborwalk Marina from March 27th thru April 10th. Also, Stella Fill, our booking agent, is now accepting bookings to fish the famous MIDNIGHT LUMP off of the Southwest Pass of the Mississippi River. Leaving from the port of Grand Isle, Louisiana, we will be targeting giant yellowfin tuna, wahoo, mako sharks, large amberjack, and numerous bottom fish for the whole month of February, 2006. This is a real "hands-on" type of fishing, as most of the time the boat is anchored and chum is dispersed to attract these pelagic species. Imagine being able to hand-feed 100-pound yellowfins as they respond to the chum behind the boat!
