Easy Returns
We will gladly accept returns on unopened items in their original condition/packaging and only on opened items if you have an allergic reaction to a product. If you are unhappy with your order, please first contact us with our contact us form and we will issue you an authorization number. - Items must be returned within 10 days of the ship date of the original order.
- When sending back an item, please clearly mark your authorization number on the box.
- In cases of an allergic reaction, please add a note detailing the allergic reaction you experienced, and which product it was.
- We will mail you a check or refund your credit card, which ever the case maybe and based on the refunded item as soon as we receive your return shipment. Please allow up to 30 days for your refund to be processed.
Shipping charges are not refundable. Exchanges Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time.
