Northwest Territories Weather

The Northwest Territories has two types of climate: subarctic and arctic. The area north of the tree line is considered arctic. Both areas are cold and dry. The average daily maximum in July (the warmest month) is between 10 and 21 degrees celsius. The greatest snowfall is in October or November and is usually less then 75cm annually
