Different because of the pace, set by the remote location of this
colorful little sea town. It’s a getaway for sure, and that
means the salty seaside relaxation you need.
It's naturally different because of Gold Beach’s blend of forest,
river and sea. The show begins with a sunrise that sets the forest
sparkling. Midday you’ll tour the rugged coastline, then be
back in town for a Pacific sunset peeking through the storm that's
blowing in. Dinner is Dungeness crab, fresh caught.
Extremely different, from the rush of landing a 13-lb. steelhead
on a 6-lb. line, or hiking cliffs high above crashing waves and spotting
breaching whales and bald eagles.
