Exchange Rates, Taxes & Duties
All Canadian customers will pay the GST taxes (7%) and the Ontario customers will pay in addition PST taxes (8%). All sales taxes and shipping cost are the responsibility of customers.
International orders: International customers won't pay taxes. Additional brokerage and duty charges often apply and are collected by the shipping company at the time of delivery. All shipping, brokerage, and duty charges are to be paid by the customer. When order the Salt Pipe please choose Air Mail Small Packet, being the only available method of shipping to USA.

Data Protection
Halosense Inc. does not and will not disclose anyone its database of customers and the customer's information remains confidential to the company unless express permission is given. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

Returns Policy
Halosense Inc. makes every effort to ensure products arrive in perfect condition. However in the unlikely event of a product arriving damaged, customers should contact us within 3 days of receipt and return the package within 7 days, for a replacement to be sent.

If you have not received your order within 15 working days from the dispatch date, customers should contact Customers Service. If we are unable to locate the missing product a replacement will be sent.

Refunds
If your purchase from Halosense Inc. is found to be faulty or unsatisfactory, please return it to us in its original packaging, in good condition, within 30 days for a full refund. There is an exempt for the Salt Pipe due to hygiene and no refunds are accepted for this item. Refunds for valid claims will be made usually via the same method of payment as used to place your order. After the 30 days money back guarantee, the manufacturer warranty is in effect if there is one. All the shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
