This site describes the international registry and its services for physicians, transplant coordinators, and patients. Doctors can request search forms; international donor banks are listed, and many links to other valuable sites are provided.

Donor Network of Arizona
Extensive, attractive site offers information on organ, bone, tissue recovery; legislative updates; excellent public information on religious, denominational, and folk beliefs; a quarterly publication; lots of links to other useful sites.

Hawaii Lions Eye Bank
The Hawaii Lions Eye Bank and Makana Foundation began operation in October 1980 with a twofold mission: to promote organ and tissue donation through a program of public and professional education and donor registration; and to procure and distribute eye tissue for transplant surgery. Nearly 38,000 prospective organ and tissue donors have participated in our registration program. Since its inception, the eye bank has provided tissue for nearly 1,700 surgical procedures. The Hawaii Lions Eye Bank is accredited by the Eye Bank Association of America.

New England Organ Bank
A not-for-profit agency whose mission is to recover, preserve, and distribute organs and tissues for transplant.
