VelocitySquared, based out of Los Angeles, is a successful advertising
agency that businesses turn to when they want power-packed

Objectives
As a busy agency, VelocitySquared needed a way to manage online
campaigns for multiple clients. When Greg Smith, President of
VelocitySquared, decided to outsource his email marketing needs, he
needed the solution to be turn-key with a high level of customer

Strategy
VelocitySquared worked with Topica’s Customer Success Team to import
and manage multiple clients. With a fast paced office VelocitySquared
intended to rely heavily on Topica’s hosted solution.
Execution
Using Topica’s Online Marketing and Sales Solution, VelocitySquared now
manages the campaigns of multiple clients all from one account,
increases client conversion rates by segmenting and testing
multiple campaigns and quickly reviews campaign success with
real-time conversion tracking.

Solution
Topica’s multiple lists made it easy for VelocitySquared to toggle
between client programs within the Topica solution, and as an
ASP, Topica’s solution allowed several people log in and work in
separate lists or campaigns at once, in the office or from remote
locations.
Robust, conversion-focused technology made it easy for VelocitySquared
to segment lists for targeted messaging and testing of various
marketing creative concepts, generate automated, streamed
messaging and viewing of real-time reports.
Greg also liked the fact that his account representative was
knowledgeable, easy to get a hold of and went out of her way to
educate his team on advanced features of the application.
