Our imported Norwegian Salmon is from one of the oldest smoke houses in Norway. Made from farm raised salmon, this is a flavorful and beautiful seafood delight. Your pre-sliced side of fish will be 2.2 lbs that can serve 12-15 people, or choose our 8 or 16 ounce packages for smaller gatherings.
