ORDER INFORMATION
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Credit Cards. Purchases may be paid with Postal Money Orders or Cashier's/Bank Checks in U.S. Dollars for all orders, but will be placed on hold until payment is received. The option to pay by Money Order or Cashier's Check is part of HatCountry’s checkout procedure. You may also contact us at orders@hatcountry.com or 1-800-915-HATS. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks or CODs. Orders will not be shipped until full payment has been received.

Cancelation Information:
Your credit card will be billed at time of purchase. If you wish to cancel the order please notify us within 24 hours of the purchase and we will refund your credit card. If you wish to cancel you order after 24 hours have past, a $15.00 or 15% of purchase price restocking fee, whichever is greater, on standard orders will be charged on all return purchases. Please refer to our return policy for furthur information on special orders.
