The Venetian Resort Hotel Casino has a strong record of support for its Team Members and surrounding community. In order to maximize our positive impact in future endeavors, a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization entitled "The Venetian Foundation" was created. The Venetian Foundation encompasses and provides guidance for all of The Venetian's charitable donations, community outreach/development programs, and Team Member support programs.

Our Mission:

The Venetian Resort Hotel Casino prides itself in being an upstanding corporate citizen and an exemplary employer. The Venetian is a leader among Southern Nevada's business community in providing its Team Members with a model 21st Century work environment and assisting the community in which its Team Members live. The Venetian is an active community partner that provides assistance to causes and organizations within the community who request support, while proactively reaching out to other causes in need, in order to encourage an improved quality of life for everyone.

The Venetian's primary initiative in furthering the development of our surrounding community will be pursued through its charitable arm, The Venetian Foundation. Through this Foundation, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, the Venetian will participate with its Team Members, their spouses, children and extended families, as well as the communities of Las Vegas and Southern Nevada in programs and causes that motivate, educate, and enrich the lives of our youth. The Venetian Foundation will also support causes that provide empowerment to minority communities, promote health issues, and improve our inner cities, as well as other such charitable, educational and philanthropic causes and endeavors as are permitted under relevant tax exempt entity laws.

For Sheldon G. Adelson, The Venetian Resort Hotel Casino's Management Team and its Team Members, the act of philanthropy and good corporate citizenship is not an obligation, its an honor.
