New Jersey Canyon Fishing Charter |
The Over Under, our 54' Bertram, is one of South Jersey's premier canyon charter boats. From July through November, you’ll find the OVER UNDER, fishing the NJ Canyons out of Avalon, NJ just north of Cape May. Tuna fishing and overnight canyon trips are our speciality. In August, the Over Under, our 54' Bertram, will be tournament fishing for marlin and tuna in both the Mid Atlantic 500 and Ocean City White Marlin Open. We dock at Avalon Point Marina which is one of the most conveniently located marinas, with respect to the inlet, in all of South Jersey. Chartering out of Avalon allows the OVER UNDER to fish areas not frequented by the Cape May fleet, like the Spencer, Lindenkohl, and Carteret Canyons. Often you’ll find the OVER UNDER working a scallop boat on the way to the canyons with not another sportfish in sight. NJ Charter fishing in the canyon is one of the most exciting big game fishing trips around. You can catch virtually every type of tuna, in addition to swordfish, big sharks, dolphink, and marlin.
