Terms and conditions

1. iboats.com reserves the right to reject any ad at any time at their sole discretion.

2. Conditions, including rates, are subject to change by publisher at any time without notice. Should a change in rates be made, ads reserved may be cancelled by the advertiser within 10 days of being informed of the change without incurring short-rate charges, providing the advertisements run to date are consistent with the appropriate frequency rate.

3. Cancellation of ad reservations for any reason other than a rate increase will result in an adjustment of their rate (short-rate) based on past and subsequent insertions to reflect actual ads run at the earned frequency rate.

4. iboats.com reserves the right to place run-of-network ads on any of their network of marine-related sites.

5. iboats.com has the right to hold the advertiser and/or its agency jointly and severely liable for such monies as are due and payable to iboats.com for advertising which was ordered and run, whether approved by the advertiser or its agency.

6. No conditions other than those set forth in this rate card shall be binding on iboats.com unless specifically agreed to in writing by iboats.com. iboats.com will not be bound by conditions printed or appearing on order blanks or copy instructions which conflict with provisions of this rate card.
