Stations Immediately Realize New Revenue

NEW YORK (January 24, 2006) WorldNow, the leading provider of Internet technology, revenue and content solutions for media companies, today announced the addition of four new partner stations that have begun utilizing WorldNow’s content management and video technologies.

Joining WorldNow are KFDA in Amarillo, TX, www.newschannel10.com; KPSP in Palm Springs, CA, www.cbstv2.com; KOTA in Rapid City, SD, www.kotatv.com; and KTEN in Denison, TX, www.kten.com.

WorldNow is also providing these new clients with local revenue products and services, giving them powerful tools to immediately make them revenue-positive. With the addition of these four new partners, WorldNow works with over 240 local media companies nationwide.

"We're looking forward to extending our brand online, and having WorldNow support our online business is a big boost for how we'll market ourselves," said Brent McClure, General Manager of KFDA, owned by Drewry Broadcasting. "The ability to quickly and easily produce content and video are essential in establishing ourselves as a leader. The tools are already allowing us to show all that we have to offer.

KOTA, a family-owned station started and still operated by the Duhamel family, and KTEN, owned by Lockwood, have both already sold numerous advertising packages with sales and support from WorldNow. Desert Television owned KPSP, a new up-and-coming station in its market, is now able to better define their brand by showcasing content from top reporters and providing superior coverage of local news. With increased demand for local Internet advertising, WorldNow is experiencing similar results in markets around the country.

"Powered by the online content that each station offers, all four partners will be competitive and revenue-positive from day one," said Gary Gannaway, CEO and President of WorldNow. "We are excited to help them in their journey to build and expand their online presence."
