Cancellation Policy: No Cancellations once rental agreement is signed. Owner will try very hard to reschedule based on availability.
Deposits: $350.00 Security Deposit Due with Rental Agreement. Security Deposit mailed back to you once property is inspected the Saturday you check out. Weekly rate due with rental agreement.
Other Fees: $25 Processing Fee Due with Rental Agreement.** Cleaning service available upon request.**
Other Policies: No pets, No smoking. No using Fireplace
