Cape Cod Your Great Escape!
Our vacation house abuts the Cape Cod National Seashore (conservation area) in Eastham, MA. It is a pleasant and comfortable large air conditioned Cape ranch with three queen-size beds in two formal bedrooms sleeping six. Available June thru September $1,200/wk (USD) with Arrivals Sunday 2:00pm and Departures Saturday 10:00 am each time.
Our vacation house directly abuts the Cape Cod National Seashore (conservation area), three quarters of a mile inland midway between Nauset Light Beach and Coast Guard Beach on the ocean side of the peninsula. The area has been voted Cape Cod's Best!
Enjoy privacy, peace and quiet, and the ambiance of the real Cape Cod. Guests can visit two National Seashore beaches, four Bay Beaches, and three fresh water facilities, all 5-10 minutes away. |

After the beach relax on our private 40' deck, use the gas grill and picnic table or head to one of our many fine restaurants to savor authentic Cape Cod cuisine prepared the way only Cape Codders can do it.

Cancellation Policy: See terms in Lease or inquire. Generally 30 business day advanced notice is required.
Deposits: Half the total Rental Fee is the Deposit due back to us within three days of receipt with the signed lease. The Balance is due two weeks before you start your vacation.
