It's just a few minutes from First Encounter Beach, Boat Meadow Landing, Herring Pond, Great Pond, Rock Harbor, tennis and the bike trails!
Golfers will find area greens inviting!
The National Seashore is 15-20 minutes away by bike, and the Cape Cod Bay beaches are only 5-10 minutes away.
Embelish the morning with coffee on the deck and even watch the sun rise! Enjoy your evening bar-b-que, on the deck that is equiped with lighting to make the evening last a little longer!

Payment Options: Money Order, Cashier's Check, Personal Check, Wire Transfer
Check In: 2 p.m.
Check Out: 11 a.m.
Required Stay: Saturday to Saturday
Cancellation Policy: The owner will refund 90% upon re-rental of the dates within the 2006 rental season and make reasonable effort to do so (but no guarantees!) Written notice must be given 30 days in advance of cancellation.
Deposits: $500 Security/Damages Deposit refunded upon inspection of
the property, less any damage costs.
50% of weekly rental accompanying the completed Rental
Contract
50% (balance including security fee) due by 5/15/06 for summer rentals, and 30 days in advance of arrival for non-summer weeks.
Other Fees: --We have hired a housekeeper who will clean for you 1 time per week...it is included in the rental fees.
--Tennis Court fee is $150 per week for unlimited use of
private association tennis courts...please arrange this in advance!
Other Policies: NO SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY
NO PETS
NO Additional overnight guests, please!
