Job Description: Career opportunity selling Sales Software to Presidents and Executives
Desired Skills & Experience:

You must have prior success calling on Presidents and Sales managers of small to medium size companies, in a highly competitive market, where your product was the differentiated market leader. You must have strong phone and closing skills and be willing to prospect. You must be a closer of a product with short sales cycle.

You should have good listening skills and above average problem solving ability. Working knowledge of Outlook, CRM and being an efficient and effective sales professional very helpful. You must have prior income of at least $70,000. Call 206.686.3001 Monday and Tuesday only.

Position: Technical Support Engineer I
Length of position: Permanent Fulltime at 40 hours a week
Job Description: Reporting to the Development Manager, the Technical Support Engineer contributes to the Support, Development, and QA groups. Assists the organization in a variety of duties including: pre- and post- sales technical support, product quality assurance, tools development, etc. Proactive in seeking new ideas and products to incorporate into the organization
Desired Skills & Experience: -Provides technical support for Avidian's software product suite
-Troubleshooting customer problems via phone, or email
-Participate in customer training, and sometimes act as customer liaison
-Participate in the pre/post-sales process to establish strong relationships with customers
-Participate in the creation of Strategies and Goals for the Support/Development Organization
Technical Competencies: (a plus) -Microsoft Office
-Help Desk or Customer Support
-Microsoft .Net Technologies
-Microsoft VB 6/VB.Net
-SQL/Microsoft SQL Server development
-Microsoft Outlook/Exchange server
