If you are receiving email that DoubleClick is delivering on behalf of a company, you have a number of options.
UNSUBSCRIBE FROM ONE EMAIL LIST
- You can choose to unsubscribe from a particular list by following the unsubscribe directions in the email message you receive. All emails that DoubleClick delivers are required to contain a link to the sender's unsubscribe process. Or, you may visit that company's website.
- If you wish, you can send an unsubscribe request directly to DoubleClick. We will work with the client to have the email address removed from the indicated list. In order for us to facilitate unsubscribe requests received in this manner, please forward a copy of the email you received using the email address to which it was sent. Please email your request to emailprivacy@doubleclick.net.
We will process your unsubscribe as soon as possible, but please be aware that in some circumstances you may receive a few more messages until the unsubscribe is processed. For example, if a client experiences a delay in sending us the list of users who have unsubscribed from a particular newsletter, messages may be sent in the interim. Clients are required to forward unsubscribes to us in a timely manner.
