The crew on the Pursuit today with Capt. Steve enjoyed a nice day on the water and a great halibut trip catching a limit of halibut up to 100lbs, several yelloweye, 2 lingcod and a king salmon.

"On the Road" with host Jason Davis commandeered the ProFish today filming a TV show about fishing in Seward to air in Minnesota sometime this November. Fortunately we had perfect weather and great fishing. Guest anglers Jerry and Ruben (from Minnesota) each caught a big halibut 94lbs and 75lbs. We jigged up a limit of lingcod, boated a few silvers, and then filled out our limit with chicken halibut.

Capt. Bob on the Pursuit today caught a nice load of halibut and a few lings. The weather was great and the seas were calm.

Great Combo Catch! Today we found a good bite of nice, hungry silvers in the morning. After Corey and Carol showed up the men at catching salmon it was off to fish for halibut. The bite was slow at first but after moving a few miles we found a good bite of halibut and lingcod - even a few yelloweye. Ken lost a monster at the very end of the day - I'm sure he'll be back next year to try again.

Down in front!! Its the fish everyone wants to see. The gang on the Pursuit today had an active day of cathing silver salmon and halibut. The silver bite was hot in the morning and everyone limited in less than an hour. Halibut fishing was steady with fish up to 40 pounds and lots of dogfish.
HEY EVERYONE!! The weather is forecast to be nice into next week and the fishing for both salmon and halibut continues to be very good.
