products fresh, we ship perishable items in a Styrofoam box with ice gel packs.
These packs are designed to maintain full product freshness while in transit.
Please be available to receive your shipment, so that you can refrigerate perishable items
as soon as possible. We strongly recommend inspecting your products immediately, to ensure
that you are completely satisfied. If for any reason you receive a product that you feel
does not meet GourmetFoodStore.com's high quality standards, please call us the same day
you received the shipment, and we will be more than happy to resolve the issue (see our Return Policy below).
Order and Shipping Times
Orders typically take 1-3 business days to ship, unless you request a specific delivery date
(only available if you choose Overnight Priority or 2nd Day Guaranteed shipping on checkout),
or any items are marked PRE-ORDER (see our pre-order schedule). Please note that delays may
occur during transit due to weather conditions, product availability, and other conditions.
Orders received after 2:00pm are automatically processed the next business day.
No orders are processed or shipped on weekend days.

Available for Priority Overnight and 2nd Day Guaranteed only, and is an extra $10.
A specific date must be requested upon checkout. The charge will be reflected upon
checkout if customer selects a date from the drop-down calendar. Not available in
all areas. Orders must be placed by Friday 2:30 PM EST.
Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico:
An additional $10 charge will be applied.

your items be out of stock upon shipping.

them in an insulated Styrofoam box with ice gel packs. This packaging is designed to
maintain full product freshness while in transit.
Our stringent packing methods and temperature control packaging allows us to guarantee
that our products will remain fresh and in their original condition even if ambient
temperatures fall below zero or over 95 degrees Fahrenheit, regardless of carrier or
transit times, or your money back.
All orders that include perishable items require Priority
Overnight shipping. We strongly encourage that you
or someone else be available at the delivery address to sign
for the package and refrigerate perishable items upon delivery.
You may choose for the package to be left at your door, but
GourmetFoodStore.com will not
take responsibility should the items spoil. To safeguard against
unforeseen and unlikely delays in the transportation process
occur, part of the product may be frozen to preserve freshness.
Some product has been subjected to thermal treatment to preserve
its freshness and taste.
Return Policy
GourmetFoodStore.com will be happy to replace any item(s) in the
unlikely event that they might have spoiled during transit, or to refund
you the full amount of your purchase. However, GourmetFoodStore.com is not
responsible for products that spoiled because they were sent back to the freight
location or left at your door. To make sure that you are satisfied with the product
you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as they arrive to your door.
Perishable Items
To ensure that these highly perishable items reach your home
at the height of their freshness, any orders including perishable
items will be shipped 2nd Day Guaranteed or Priority
Overnight. For optimal freshness and fullest enjoyment
of our products, we strongly recommend that you or someone else
is there to sign for the package(s) when it arrives at your
address in order to ensure that items can be properly refrigerated
or frozen as soon as possible. You may choose for the package
to be left at your door, but GourmetFoodStore.com
will not take responsibility if the items spoil. To
enjoy the full flavor and freshness of our exquisite products,
we urge you to make the necessary arrangements beforehand.
Orders with Perishable and Non-Perishable Items
If your order combines perishable and non-perishable items,
the entire order will be automatically classified as perishable,
and must ship either Priority Overnight.

Carrier Options
We use a variety of carriers, including FedEx and UPS. Each is a reliable and established company which ensures that each order gets to its destination in a timely and appropriate manner. According to each order, we will ship using the carrier that we feel is best suited for the situation.
Sales Tax
6% sales tax applicable to all orders delivered to Florida.
Pricing Changes
Our products are subject to availability due to weather and seasonal variations.
GourmetFoodStore.com reserves the right to make changes to
it's pricing to reflect changes in market supply. We pledge to make the customer
aware of any changes as soon as it is possible.
