Deposit and Cancellation Policy for Key West Fishing Club

We appreciate your business and would like to make you aware of our policies. These are set to ensure that our guides do not loose their wage due to not being able to rebook trips. We aim to please our angling clients so if you are unable to make a trip and you can notify us with ample time, we can refund your deposit or make every effort to reschedule your trip for another date.

Deposit Policy
Charter fishing for full or half day requires a $100 per day deposit when booking in advance. Please make checks payable to Key West Fishing Club and mail to 160 Sugarloaf Drive, Sugarloaf Key, FL 33042

Refund / Cancellation Policy
A full refund of the $100.00 deposit will be returned, if the guide cancels the trip for any reason. If the client cancels the trip 30 days in advance, a full refund of the deposit will be issued. If the client cancels the trip within 48 hours of the planned departure date, payment in full is required.
