Weather Insurance for Tennis Events
We now offer Weather Insurance for every outdoor tennis event we sell tickets to. If, due to Acts of Nature, the entire event is canceled for the day you have purchased tickets, a full refund minus shipping and handling will be issued if you have insurance.

Weather insurance is only available by phone. Please call 800.279.4444.

Don't let rain ruin your day. For an additional fee you can add Weather Insurance to your tennis ticket purchase.

Why Order?
Buying tickets to a tennis tournament can be a "pricey" affair. Purchasing Weather Insurance is the only way to guarantee your money back should an Act of Nature cause the cancellation of the event you've purchased tickets to. For a fraction of the total purchase price, you can insure your purchase in case of cancellation.

Cost
Weather insurance is available at an additional charge on golf and tennis events only. The cost is an additional 15% of the total ticket purchase before shipping charges.

How to Order
Weather insurance can only be purchased over the phone. If you have not yet completed an online order and would like to add Weather Insurance, please call to complete the order process. Weather Insurance can only be added to an existing order up until ten days prior to the first day of the event. Please call with your existing order number ready if you wish to add Weather Insurance.

What is covered for tennis events?
Tickets that are purchased for any day in which an act of nature (weather, hurricane, earthquake, etc) is responsible for the cancellation of that day's complete schedule of events would be covered. In this case a refund minus any shipping and handling charges would be issued. If as little as one game within a set has been completed before the rest of the day is canceled, insurance would not be valid.
