We ship orders every weekday, and in most cases your order will be shipped within 1 to 2 days after receipt of payment.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
We typically ship FedEx Ground and US Postal Service. A good general rule is that items under 2lbs go USPS Priority, and heavier items go FedEx Ground.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ITEM HAS SHIPPED?
At the time your order is processed for shipping, the shipping software I use will automatically email you the ship date and tracking number for both US Postal Service or FedEx shipments. If you do not receive this email, or would like additional information about your shipment, please feel free to email your inquiry to info@fitnesource.com, and we will reply to you with your requested information.
