with most hotels in Bali and beyond for
many years, tour operator and other company
in tourism industry to provide our netter
wide range of accommodation, unique tour
packages, activities, course, wedding, etc
to choose from.We will soon be updating

CREDIT
CARD PAYMENT - WHY THIS AND THAT !!!
PLEASE READ BELOW
Internet based credit card transactions
are treated as "Credit Card Not Present"
or CNP transactions by any credit card issuing
banks (this means we don't see your credit
card at the time of transaction). Indo-holidays.com
as Merchants bear the entire risk for credit
card fraud where these types of transactions
are involved. This can lead to a high chargeback/credit
rate for us. An unacceptably high chargeback/credit
rate can lead to our merchant account facilities
being terminated by our bank who provides
them.

is not present, but there are security

To help us the Internet merchants identify
potentially fraudulent transactions and
reduce the risk of losses associated with
fraud, our bank (Bank Negara Indonesia 1946,

070) who deals with our Credit card not
present transaction requires us to have
three documents before being able to process
the transaction, (1)the copy of the credit
card both side
faxed to us (2) the photocopy of the guests
passport (3) some statement (in our case
this is called CCAF, credit card authorization
form) stating the acknowledgement of the
guest that his or her credit card will be
charged in the amount he/she signed for.
The person signing the statement, owning
to the passport, and the credit card, must
be the person who is/will be travelling
or reserving the room. ( CASES : So hypothetically
speaking, if in the case the son of a family
would like to travel, he cannot use his
fathers credit card fax copies to make the
bookings, unless his father is travelling
with him and the booking is under his fathers
name, the passport is his fathers etc )
The
guest should not worry of the miss use of
credit card photo copies faxed, because
1. THe banks will have those copies (not
us)
2. without the statement signed by the guest
owning the credit card, any transaction
ivolving the credit card can be disputed,
which leads to a chargeback to what ever
merchants uses it and charges it. Thats
why these 3 documents is needed

RESERVATION
PROCEDURES
-
All reservation will be processed if
you completely fill our Reservation
Form.
-
Your
reservation will be replied at least
within 5 hours on business days to 10
hours on week ends.
-
If
your reservation is not confirmed within
10 hours our staffs will inform you
and provide you with other suggestions.
TO GUARANTEE YOUR RESERVATION
-
To
confirm & gurantee your reservation
we request for you to fill out our credit
card authorization form (CCAF),
signed and faxed to us with a faxed
copy of your passport
(your ID) and a copy of your credit
card both side faxed to ++62-361

obtain these documents from you, why
do we need all these documents ? please

You
will be provided with a Credit card
Authorization Form (CCAF) when
we have confimed the room at the hotel
of your choice.
-
For
you to keep your reservation without
us having to release your room reservation,
you must do point 1
above.
-
We
will only use your credit card as a
means for GUARANTEEING
your bookings although this could also
be a possible payment method.
-
We
will validate your credit card once
we receive your signed (CCAF).

CANCELLATIONS
The cancellation fee will not be
charged by Indo-holidays.com. However cancellation
fees might be charged by the Hotels or other
arranger with whom agreement have been made
and for such condition that may occur, these
fees will be charge to the client.

We
will charge your credit card a one
night fee if you cancel within
7 days of your arrival on low season
and 14 days at high season, and 30 days
on peak season. Each hotels have their
own version of high, low and peak season,
so please read the rate table carefully
before booking and cancelling.
-
We
will charge your credit card a "NO
snow fee" (fee for the
nights being booked) if you
do not show up at all at the hotel.
No Refund is applicable for a "no
show".
PAYMENT
METHOD.
There are 3 options
- Payment
via credit card
- Payment
via US-Dollar cash on arrival
- Payment
done via bank transfer

Credit
Card >>> Full
payment can be done via credit card
(VISA & MASTER card only). However
please note that with this type of payment
method, we will deduct an additional
3%
from the total amount
of the reservation due to bank transaction
charges.
-
Cash
USD >>> Payment can
also be done as you arrive at the Bali
Airport ( if you decide in using our
hotel transfer from the airport our
English speaking guides will assist
you thus- payment can be done in the
car on your way to the hotel). No added
fee will be charged when done through
this method.
Payment must be done before
reaching the hotel since we
must provide you with a hotel voucher
for your room reservation. We wil NOT
provide you with a hotel voucher if
payment is not done at the above locations.
We also require for the payment to be
done in cash USD (United
States Dollar) and NOT in any
other currency or in the form of TC
(travel cheques). We will reject all
other currencies and TC's. Please also
provide new US Dollar Notes - since
the local banks will reject old USD
notes (or it will be valued less by
the bank) . We will only accept IDR
when the rate is previously agreed upon
in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) from Domestic
Guests or KITAS, KIMS holder.

Via
Bank Transfer >>>
Payment can also be done via bank transfer.
We recommend this type of payment method
for domestic guests. For international
guests, we also welcome bank transfer.
Please note that we will reject payment
where we will be charged with the bank
transfer fee.
TRAVEL
DOCUMENTS
Each traveler shall be responsible for obtaining
the appropriate visa (s) and carry a valid
passport at all times. All travelers to
Indonesia must be in possession of passports
with at least six months validity beyond
anticipated return date and have proof of
onward journey, either return of through
tickets.
LAW
OF AGREEMENT
The laws of the Republic of Indonesia shall
govern this agreement. Any claim or legal
action arising relating this agreement,
the regulations of the Republic of Indonesia
shall rule.
ADDITIONAL
TERMS
Additional Terms and Conditions may apply
to reservation, purchase of services and
other uses of portion of this site and you
agree to abide by such other Terms and Conditions.
