A former sawmill, this wonderful hotel was opened in 1980 and maintains the highest standards in hospitality. Every room in the hotel is beautifully furnished and equipped to a high standard, with television and radio, as well as having magnificent views of some of Switzerland's most incredible countryside. After a day on the slopes around Gstaad, the hotel also has a lavishly equipped wellness centre in which to unwind from the day's exertions. In order to keep body and soul together, there is a fantastic restaurant which uses lcoal ingredients to produce local specialities. There are also a couple of good bars in which to have a nightcap.
