How do I book it?
Please, fill our booking form to book chalet or apartment of your choice. Our travel consultants will contact you with availability. In order to secure your reservation, you will be asked to provide us with your credit card details. Once we receive them, your confirmation voucher will be issued and sent to you immediately.

What about the payment?
Your reservation shall be fully prepaid with a credit card or via bank transfer to our company banking account.

How do I amend or cancel my reservation?
All apartment booking cancellations more than 28 days before the arrival date result in 50 EUR service fee. All chalet booking cancellations more than 28 days prior to travel result in 100 EUR service fee.
Cancellations 28 days before arrival - 30% cancellation fee. 27-15 days prior to arrival - 50% cancellation fee will occur. Cancellations 14-4 days prior to arrival result in 80% cancellation fee. Cancellation less than 3 days prior to arrival or no-show - full stay value will be charged.
