Hotel Services
Prices include: accommodation, all taxes and charges (except local tax), television, sheets, bathroom linen, two dishclothes and 1 cleaning kit all left in the apartment, the end of stay cleaning (except the kitchen area and the washing up). For stays of 7 nights and more, possibility to renew these services at the beginning of the next week at the reception. Possibility to book a ski pass. Premium formula: 29€ per person per week. Includes: beds made on arrival, change of bath-linen mid-week, mid-week cleaning.

How do I book it?
Use our booking form to request the rooms and apartments of your choice. Our travel consultants will contact you with availability and final pricing within 48 hours in order to confirm the reservation.

What about the payment?
In order to confirm your reservation we will ask you for a deposit of 30% of stay value at the moment of reservation. The outstanding balance shall be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. We accept payments by major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Diners).

How do I amend or cancel my reservation?
We do not want to charge you if you have to cancel your booking. However, we ask for early cancellations, so that we may have a chance to offer your accommodation to someone else. Therefore, should you cancel more than 31 days prior to arrival, we will only charge 25 EUR service fee per person (for hotel rooms) and 50 EUR service fee for apartments. Should you cancel later than 31 days before your planned arrival, following cancellation charges apply: 30-15 days prior to arrival - 25% of stay value will be charged. 14-8 days prior to arrival - 30% of stay value will be charged. 7-4 days prior to arrival - 50% of stay value will be charged. 4-1 days prior to arrival - 75% of stay value will be charged. Cancellations on the day of arrival or no-show result in 100% of stay value cancellation fee.
